DTJ :: Proctors Sea and FairObermon

Here is my proctor characters for the Digimon OCT and of course they are Sea and FairObermon, my lil time traveling tournament going buds.
However this is officially the last time they will be used. So love them well.

Personality:
Sea is the type who says what he thinks but sometimes he doesn't say it allowed when he thinks he did. He's often in his head and can be caught staring at you but without saying anything. It can be quite intimidating really. He is really intelligent though especially when it comes to Digimon. He loves sharing this knowledge too. This comes from years being trapped within the Digital World without a way out and being forced to learn about them and their ways. When he gets angry though he becomes a monster himself and just rampages throwing fits tossing things and punching stuff.

History:
Sea met his Digimon partner long long ago at a young age. Back then FairObermon was BitImpmon. The two have been together ever since and growing together. Sea was swept into the Digital World shortly after becoming partners and had been stuck there up till 2 years ago fighting in tournaments and helping out in the Digital World against evil. He became one of the head researchers for a human world Digimon research lab upon his return to his world.
He has always been skipping through time and here and there. He changes for people almost every year they see him. Even now he's stuck in this time skipping loop even though he's returned to the Human World.
On his most recent jump he has run into an evil even he can't handle this time and with the help of FairObermon and his new power the two of them are able to recruit new heroes and those with similar abilities to recruit. However, those that decide to make the jump are now committed to this time jumping curse and destroying the evil behind it all.
He and the other proctors have decided to jump to when this evil first strikes and shows itself and recruit the people from that time period that way those that make the jump know what they are fighting and fighting for.

Personality:
FairObermon was once very sarcastic and a prankster but with age came wisdom and responsibility. Now he is very much a leader and a responsible member of society. He does all he can to protect everyone and anyone. He has learned from everything he's been through and used these lessons to grow both mentally and physically. He is brave and powerful while holding himself elegantly.
However he still can revert back to his old self from time and again to play a prank or just joke around. He knows when the right time to be serious and to be a prankster is.

Extra:
He once sent some heroes through a portal to dump them in a bathhouse. Men into the women's and women into the men's.
Also once into a nest of Kuwagamon!
So he does still play pranks in the safe down time.
