[P] e r s o n a l i t y :
//He is the type who doesn't act his age. He prefers to throw away his responsibilities and party. However when he is made angry he tends to go a bit over board. He has ways of dealing with people to make them squeal and he enjoys punishing those people who have done him or anyone else he knows wrong.

People's first impression is that he is classy until they see him come out from behind the desk or counter and he's walking barefoot. He prefers to walk around this way because it lets him feel free is what he says. He is strong willed that he can run the streets without feeling the pain of things he runs across. He has pretty good mental control and focus over his feelings.

While within the gang he treats them all like family and always invites them to the club for drinks. If he is ever betrayed he takes it very personally and usually takes it out on the wrong people. If it is a very personal betrayal then he will make it a point to teach that person a lesson. When he has taken care of the problem he has a weird way of releasing the remaining stress; he rubs the back of both his ears and breaths heavily.
[B] a c k g r o u n d / [H] i s t o r y :
//Arthur was born in a French district of Canada. At the age of 8 his parents divorced. He remained with his mother in Canada while his father moved to Japan never to speak to them again. At the age of 18 he and his mother moved to France where she originally was from and to be closer to her family. He was always in a private school and taking at home lessons on top of it all. The knowledge stuck with him but he never really used it. Through out his younger years he was known to act out and sometimes even be violent but eventually his violent streak wore away and he became more laid back. That's not to say that it's not still there when pushed to his limits.

At the age of 20 he was presented with the news that his father was murdered. At the time no reason or explanation was given. Apparently his father had opened up several clubs in the heart of Tokyo, Japan which were left for Arthur in his father's will. It took him awhile to acknowledge this and even to accept it but his mother insisted he should, not for his father but for himself. During the past few years he has enjoyed running these clubs and being the life of the party. However, recently some unsavory people have been showing up and causing trouble. Upon further investigation Arthur discovered that his father's murder had something to do with the government and his clubs. Since then he has been acting more business like and watching his and his employees backs. He also discovered that a gang called Acideye was assisting his father and standing up to whatever the government has been up to. With this knowledge he has allied himself with Acideye like his father did and is investigating every lead he can find while assisting his new family in any way he can.

                    ● // Arthur is straight and while he has no problem with a person being gay or whatever he personally feels unsettled

                    ● // When talking to someone for the first time he usually give the person a fake name until he gets to know them better.
